Meet Our Team

Dr Muna Abdi - Founder & CEO

“At MA Consultancy Ltd we offer a range of services that are designed to support individuals and organizations to develop their anti-racist practices.”

Our consultants will help you to develop your racial literacy and by that, we mean having an understanding of the language and core concepts of anti-racism work. This literacy will enable more confident and critical engagements with those uncomfortable but necessary conversations and greater clarity and accountability in our practice. We offer a series of training and development opportunities that are group or individual-based, delivered in a number of formats, to work with clients who wish to delve deeper into intersectional anti-racist practice, and who wish to meaningfully embed and sustain that work.
