The version of you that got here is not always the version you need for what comes next.

BOLD is a coaching movement for women who are done shrinking, to fit a role, a relationship, an institution, or an idea of themselves that no longer holds.

The BOLD philosophy

Most leadership and personal development advice assumes the goal is to become more like the version of you that already succeeded. BOLD starts from a different premise.

The strategies that got you here, over-preparing, self-editing, making yourself smaller so other people feel comfortable, often stop working at exactly the point you most need something to change.

BOLD is about noticing that, and building something else.

The four BOLD principles

Believe. Own. Lead. Define.

B

Believe in your worth

Separating what you've achieved from what you're worth, so your value doesn't depend on constant proving.

O

Own your story

Telling the truth about how you got here, including the parts that don't fit the tidy version, as the basis for what comes next.

L

Lead with purpose

Leadership defined by what you stand for and who you're accountable to, not only by title or position.

D

Define your next chapter

Deciding, deliberately, what the next version of you looks like, rather than drifting into it by default.

BOLD is for women at a genuine turning point, whatever shape that takes

BOLD tends to find people at a point of transition: leaving a role, a relationship, or an identity that no longer fits, often after years of holding everything together. Many of the women BOLD works with are Black women professionals, navigating leadership spaces that were not designed with them in mind, but BOLD is for any woman who recognises herself in the idea of having outgrown the version of herself that got her here.

Start with the letter, join when you're ready

The BOLD Letter is a way to sit with these ideas before committing to anything. Joining the waitlist means you'll hear first about new coaching cohorts, workshops and one-to-one availability.

BOLD isn't a sales funnel. It's a starting point for a different kind of conversation about what's next.
